TRACER STUDY AND USER NEED – MASTER PROGRAM URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING
Master Program of Urban and Regional Planning-UNDIP has conducted a tracer study and user needs survey in 2021. There were 47 alumni and 11 users involved during the survey process. The users are from three different institutions, namely local government, central government, and research institution. Most of them are come from Local Government Agencies, while only one user is a Research Institution’s representative. The results also showed the current position of MURP-UNDIP alumni in the workplace is varied from the General Manager to Staff. Sections Chief is one of the common positions currently occupied by MURP-UNDIP alumni, approximately 27% of the respondents. Then, it followed by Expert Executor in the second position, around 18%. Meanwhile, the rest of MURP-UNDIP alumni current positions are the Head Division, Surveyor, Young Expert Engineer Functional Officer, Expert Staff, Expert Executor, and General Manager.
